Credit Advisors Foundation Elects New Board Member Judy Davis
Omaha, NE – Credit Advisors Foundation is proud to announce the election of Judy A. Davis to our Board of Directors. Ms. Davis is an accomplished non-profit manager and Development Director. In her twenty years of experience she has personally led capital campaigns in excess of $30 million. Her experience includes fifteen years’ progressive management, community relations and development experience culminating in the role of Group Vice President for the Central Region of YMCA of Greater Omaha responsible for a budget of $5.2 million. She is a tireless volunteer championing the activities and causes of many charities and organizations and in particular those of the Council Bluffs, Iowa region. Her current role is serving as the Inaugural Executive Director of the Pottawattamie Arts Culture & Entertainment.
“We are excited to have Judy join our board. She will bring a wealth of knowledge in community relations and fund development.” Says Executive Director Sam Hohman. “These are much needed skills given the current threats to non-profit social service agencies that range from increased costs due to regulation and eviscerating budget cuts due to lack of funding.” Credit Advisors is particularly thrilled to have her input regarding their activities in Council Bluffs.
Ms. Davis was unanimously elected to the Board. She is replacing Director Paul Koch, of Carson, Iowa who is retiring and will remain as an Emeritus Board Member.
